Fidra Fine Art is an art gallery specialising in sourcing traditional and contemporary Scottish art. Our stock is acquired from practicing artists, reputable art dealers and auction houses from across the UK. Each piece is carefully selected based on provenance, condition, reputation of the artist and quality of the work. We have access to the best framers and restorers to ensure that all works are sympathetically prepared prior to hanging.

Our aim is to present a wide variety of the best of Scottish art from the past 200 years. Offering both traditional and contemporary pieces we hope to be able to accommodate every taste. Our current stock list includes work by George Blackie Sticks, John Campbell Mitchell, Henry Wright Kerr, Patrick William Adam, Sir Robin Philipson through to more contemporary artists such as Matthew Draper, Simon Laurie, Joseph Urie, John Houston, John Bellany, Peter Howson, George Birrell, Davy Brown, Neil Macdonald & Alice McMurrough.

Scotland has a fine tradition of printmaking, from the widely collected etchings of James McBey and Muirhead Bone in the early part of the last century to engravings and lithographs by contemporary artists such as Elizabeth Blackadder, Willie Rodger and John Bellany. We offer a variety of original prints by Scottish artists that can provide an interesting and affordable addition to any collection.

We are based in North Berwick in East Lothian where we have a gallery room set aside for viewings. If there are any pieces you would like to view please feel free to drop by. We are open every Saturday and Sunday from 12-5pm. We are also happy to accommodate viewings outwith those times but ask that you call ahead to avoid disappointment or feel free to drop in if you are passing - you will be most welcome. Alternatively, if you live in the area and would prefer to view the work in the comfort of your own home we are more than happy to arrange this.
